Hi Korea Guesthouse

The cat! I rent the room only for the cat lol. But I was surprised. It was a really good guesthouse. Clean and personal staff are nice.

So much hot air conditioner..

The guest house was very clean and cozy. It had the perfect location near the Haeundae beach. In such a reasonable price, i guess this guest house deserves a thumbs up!

I didnt know they had a cat, i am slightly allergic to cats.

Good location close to the beach, less than 10 minites to the station. The breakfast was good.

There was a lovely cat in the hostel, but when we are going to sleep, she is on the bed, so we couldn't sleep well actually.

the password (in the receipt) for access to the hotel is wrong. no bathrooms' door and no hooks, pegs or hangers to hang the clothes between taking a shower.

There is only 1 bathroom for the entire property, and if you want to shower you need to make a reservation. We were not made aware of this before booking, and were even advised that the room for 6 people shared 1 bathroom. The room had no window, no air conditioner and the facilities were not to the standard advertised. The staff advised me to pay by bank transfer as we were paying accommodation on behalf of someone else. Then, as the facilities were not as advertised, when we asked for a 50% refund as we had to make other arrangements for accommodation, they told us that because we had paid via bank transfer we can't get any refund because the booking was made via this website... even though it was a staff member who gave us the bank details and told us to pay?! Despite trying to politely explain the situation, the staff member was incredibly unhelpful. When I complained to the staff member, she admitted she had made a mistake, and would call back to help me, but she never did. I called a few times after that, the staff member was unwilling to help me, she would not pass me to the manager, and she refused to offer any compensation. The manager then told the guests that it was not permissible to pay by transfer but despite this still took the payment via the bank transfer. They were banking on the fact that our language skills were not good enough to fully explain/understand the situation. Basically, they were being underhand and unhelpful. All in all the facilities were not as advertised, and when we tried to change the accommodation the staff were incredibly argumentative, unhelpful and at times very rude. They took the 'non permissible' payment despite their own staff member admitting she made a mistake. I would not recommend this place. Ever.

Position is okay if you don't mind to walk a bit

Dirty, no windows in the room, one staff (one girl) was not friendly at all. The other staffs (one guy and one girl) were nice

We like it because the guest house is near to Hauende beach , the owner is so nice and they provide breakfast !

We don't really like share bathroom and the cleanliness of the bathroom have to be improved !

The facilities, the room is clean, the common area looks nice. We had an issue with the booking, therefore, 2 of my friend had to share one bed. After talking with the staff in the morning, we got back the refund for 1 missing bed. Good point for the staff for fast solving the issue

The toilet, small and not clean.

I love the cat! She is super cute and she went into our room and went up on the bed like it was her home (well it is) but she is so friendly and playful to strangers and I love that! The room is clean and female toilet is clean as well.

Me and my friends couldn't sleep until 5 in the morning because the room was super hot, the heater temperature was unnecessary high and the room is so small making it more humid. I woke up around 5.30 in the morning to open the door of our room to get the cold air from the hallway. Only after that, me and my friends could sleep well. My male friends said the male toilet was really dirty and smelly, but the female toilet was clean though.

The easy feeling environment and this place literally has everything you need.

Well, a couple arrived at midnight and were determined that our room was theirs. They had their confirmation and they even had our door code. To top it off there was no one at the front desk to settle the issue. I'm just happy we were there. I can't imagine what could have happened if we would have been out cause they could have thrown our stuff out of our room and we would have been left stranded.
